In this final month of the Praxis bootcamp, I’m preparing for my apprenticeship by creating a value proposition (value prop), a fancy term for work projects.
Basically, I’m creating a value prop to get hired at one of Praxis’ business partners. This is the first step in getting started in my career. Resumes, degrees, and work experience aren’t enough anymore but a value prop can help you jump over obstacles like landing a job even if a business isn’t hiring.
Does this mean it guarantees you’ll get hired? No, there are no guarantees in life but it’ll definitely increase your chances and stand out from thousands of other similar looking resumes.
Without further ado, here is a sample of my value prop for Aircall, the startup I want to work at. I’ll post the finished result in another post.
